Today in the new issue of Vanity Fair I saw a picture of Kate Winslett smoking and was surprised. Christina Applegate got cancer and had her breasts removed but apparently continues to smoke. Katherine Heigel was rarely photographed not smoking until the press started to comment about it. Sean Penn makes a point of lighting up where it is forbidden.
